So I've said it before but we absolutely LOVE living here in Idaho.
We have so many beautiful things and it's all within 15min, 1/2 hr to a couple of hours drive all around us-- and most of it is free-- no paying to go camping and visit {most}sites.
We also love Idaho so much because we have so much of our families here-- and being able to spend time with them and work together and help each other out is just a wonderful blessing!
Dave's Brother and his sons started a bike "thang" in the family-- His brother had rode a lot before also- but one of the big reasons Dave really wanted his bike was so that he could get to hang out with them also. {and the gas mileage was always a plus :) }
We hadn't been able to make it to any of the other rides that they had went on- {because of the house} so when they said they were going to go on one last ride this season we jumped on board :)
It was mainly his brother- Terry's friends- and a some of his kids {our neice and nephew} But it was fun to get to know everyone-- and I gotta admit once my tushee got sore and numb that big comfortable seat on that Gold wing looked pretty good :) Dave would never ever give up his loud bike though :) which in all honesty I find slightly ironic since in reality my husband's usually number one priority in things is comfort before looks-- but not for his bike I guess :) {love you honey!}
They were going to go up to Mesa Falls and than to a lake I can't remember the name of right now-- we only were able to ride with them up to Mesa because at this time I was already preggo and not feeling so great- :)
It was still pretty smokey from all the fires but nonetheless very beautiful, perfect weather and a really fun ride- Just to sit and relax and not have to worry about anything-- I'm always up for that- and lunch at a tiny yummy diner- ya always up for that! Thanks Again Terry for inviting us! We can't wait to get to go on some more next summer!
